Thank you Richard, for your comment.

It's great to have some qualified feed back on what I put on the block.
In every matter I totally agree with you. It's not necessarily the mass but the effect.

However, I live in Denmark and here we have experienced the 2nd coldest winter ever recorded. We are now almost half way through March, and we still have snow and temperatures well below 0o. Though we might be experiencing a climate change, it is hard to see a global warming going on.

I'm not a denier; I'm just trying to collect as much information as possible to make qualified decisions.

And I see no reasons to not stop the pollution from the use of fossil fuels; Causing climate changes or not.

The burning of oil, coal, and gas causes so many other kinds of pollution than just CO2, and is the cause of deceases with so very high costs both individually and well as to the society.

I find that, no matter of the reality or belief regarding CO2 pollution, there is no reason not to use the amazing powers we have at hand for (almost) free. In particular I find solar energy as well as wind energy to be obvious sources to use much more intensive than we already do.

Again, thank you for your comment. I've visited your blog too, and have enjoyed reading your postings.

Too much here to answer in detail, but as a medic, I would like to address "The total carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is only 4 hundredth of one percent (0.0004 of total atmosphere)."

One tablet of Buprenorphine amounts to 0.00000000035% of the total weight of the human body. But is still works as a powerful pain reliever. From which we learn that it is not the mass, but the effect of the substance that matters. It is a physical fact of physics that CO2 has heat trapping properties. There are six factors which affect earth climate, of which, undeniably, one is the greenhouse effect. It is established that we have significantly increased the greenhouse effect. It is impossible to explain temperatures since 1980 without factoring in this increased greenhouse effect.
